What is your return and refund policy?

We create laser engraved acrylic and wood items.

What are the payment options?

All transactions are conducted through PayPal Goods and Services during checkout.

What can you create?

We currently do not take returns. However, if there are any issues with your product please message us asap with pictures and details.


1. If the item has not been created then you can cancel and a refund will be issued.

2. Once the item is in the creation process, or completed a refund will not be issued.

Custom Requests

Please contact us for custom requests first. 

You must have a completed design. We are not artist, but if you need one we can refer you to someone. 

Please be as specific as possible with the details. Dimensions, thickness, engraving depth (if you prefer that), shaker, tray, or housing units. Custom requests are on a first come first serve basis. We will let you know if we can take your custom order or how long it will take for that order to be processed.

What are your turnaround times?

Once the design is approved and payed for, it will usually take 3-14 days.

For larger orders, please contact us.

Design Exclusivity

Anything you draw or had drawn by someone, the design is 100% yours and will not be sold or recreated without a prior agreement.

Your design is yours and will remain yours. We will never charge to keep your design exclusive.
